🧂 Ingredients
Masala Fries
Pre-cooked fries (deep-fried or air-fried)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken masala
Salt to taste
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 royco cube
Splash of water
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh coriander, chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
Garlic Butter Lemon Lobster

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh coriander, chopped
Coleslaw (Optional Side)
Shredded cabbage & carrots
Mayonnaise
Pinch of sugar
Dash of vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
👩🏽🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Masala Fries
In a pan, add a splash of water and bring it to a simmer.
Mix in paprika, chicken masala, cayenne, salt, and royco cube. Stir well to make a thick masala paste.
Add in your pre-cooked fries, toss until fully coated.
Drizzle lemon juice and ketchup over the fries and toss again.
Finish with freshly chopped coriander for that extra pop of flavour.
2. Cook the Garlic Butter Lemon Lobster
In a hot pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the lobster, squeeze in fresh lemon juice, and keep tossing until it’s well coated and heated through.
Finish with chopped coriander and turn off the heat.
3. Whip Up the Coleslaw
Mix shredded cabbage and carrots with mayo, a pinch of sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Chill before serving.
4. Plate It Up
Layer the masala fries, add your golden garlic butter lobster on the side, and serve with a scoop of creamy coleslaw.
